To calibrate the volume on this program, simply play the Ocean Surf Hybrid track and adjust the volume until it is comfortable for you; not too loud, and not too quiet. Too loud may trigger tinnitus or in extreme cases, discomfort. Too low will mean you cannot hear the lowest levels of the ocean surf. If you still experience discomfort or tinnitus from running the Hybrid or Ultrasonic track at this volume, then switch to Masked only. Never use the ultrasonic only track on headphones or earbuds.
