Overcoming Procrastination with EFT
When we avoid tasks, ignore deadlines and put off activities “until I can get around to it” then we run the risk of feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Often we’ll find ourselves frustrated with not knowing what to do next. This audio addresses some of the most common elements of procrastination using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to clear away the energy behind our unwanted behaviors. In this audio, we deal with our fear of failure as well as our fear of success. We work on becoming more organized and more focused. We tackle that “perfectionist” behavior that prevents us from getting anything accomplished and spend time tapping on breaking down our tasks into manageable pieces. The audio finishes up on a positive note with “What if…” Tapping — i.e. “What if… I was clear on what to work on next?!” With guidance throughout the audio, your own intuition is used to determine where you are in your healing process!
