How It Works
When you train with MindSparke you will follow a pre-defined set of exercises designed to simultaneously improve your focus, problem-solving ability, and memory. The training does not require any special skills. The exercises start out with a simple sequence of squares on a grid that you will be asked to remember and repeat. As the training proceeds and your mental ability increases, you will be following more complex patterns and recognizing repeating elements in those patterns.
The training starts out at about 15 minutes per day and increases in duration to about 30 minutes within the first two weeks. We recommend that you train 4 or 5 times per week and for a minimum of two months for optimal results.
