Attitude Tu is choreographed into five mini workouts and the mat work is in four segments for a total of approximately 75 minutes of segments PLUS pre-mixes to give you limitless training options! Graceful, dancers’ workout that starts with all-standing ballet exercises and ends with Pilates matwork. It’s a varied and balanced combination that increases core strength as it firms your entire body. The first segment features a medley of traditional ballet exercises like pliés, relevés and cursey lunges (sometimes modified to incorporate upper-body resistance band routines).
